Order Production

The diverse range of equipment and facilities produced by JUNGANG-ENG can be engineered and
produced according to customers’ requests.

Plain Tank Lid

Plain Tank Lid
  • This lid is commonly used on tanks with a small diameter to block external dust and foreign substances.
  • Relatively light
  • Because it is not hermetically sealed, vacuum and pressurization are not possible.
  • If the diameter of the tank is too big, it is hard to lift with manpower alone.

Split Tank Lid

Round Split Tank Lid
  • This lid is commonly used on tanks with a large diameter to block external dust and foreign substances.
  • The lid is split and can be open or fixed individually.
  • It can be used in combination with motor base.
  • Split lid can be open or fixed individually.
  • Because it is not hermetically sealed, vacuum and pressurization are not possible.
  • As it is not hermetically sealed, vacuum and pressurization are not possible.
Square Split Tank Lid
  • This lid is commonly used on tanks with a large diameter to block external dust and foreign substances. The lid is split and can be open or fixed individually.
  • Split lid can be open or fixed individually.
  • As it is not hermetically sealed, vacuum and pressurization are not possible.

Closed Type

Closed Type
  • This is the most basic structure, and is sealed by welding the top head to the body. The structure is relatively simple, but cleaning and maintenance are inconvenient as you can enter inside through the manhole only.
  • Relatively simple structure
  • It is hermetically sealed, thus vacuum and pressurization are possible
  • Inconvenient cleaning and maintenance

Flange-Bolt Type

Flange-Bolt Type
  • The lid can be separated from the body if you apply girth flange and remove the bolt.
  • Vacuum and pressurization are possible
  • Convenient cleaning and maintenance

Hydraulic Cyliner Type

Hydraulic Cylinder Type
  • The structure opens/closes the lid up/down using a hydraulic cylinder.
  • The lid can be opened and closed conveniently with a hydraulic cylinder.
  • Vacuum and pressurization are possible
  • Convenient cleaning and maintenance
