Plain Jacket
  • There is a jacket for temperature adjustment at the outside of the body.
  • This is the most basic jacket that can adjust product temperature by transmitting heat to the body using various fluids.
  • Temperature is adjustable.

  • Relatively simple structure
  • Can acquire certification of industrial agency
Spiral Baffle Jacket Tank
  • Jacket is installed by welding a spiral baffle on the exterior wall of the body.
  • The spiral baffle induces turbulence and helps to increase the heat transfer coefficient.
  • Temperature is adjustable.

Two-Stage Jacket Tank
  • Temperature is adjustable individually by dividing the jacket on the outside of the body into two stages

Dimple Jacket Tank

3 / 2 Layer Tank

Insulation Cover Tank
  • This reduces heat loss or heat leakage by applying insulation in the body or outer wall of the jacket. Insulation is cased by covering with stainless, and all welds are completely sealed to prevent the insulation from scattering.
  • Various insulation materials can be applied
    (glass wool, mineral wool, cerak/ceramic wool)
  • Reducing heat loss and heat leak
  • Superior sealing property and more beautiful exterior than STS thin insulation casing
  • Can acquire certification of industrial agency
