Internal Coil With Insulation Cover Mixing Tank
It can contain products or raw materials and mix them, adjust temperature using a spiral coil in the body, and transfer heat to inside fluid faster than jacket.
- Stainless steel material can be used (SA240-304 / SA240-316L)

- Pressurization and vacuum are available

U-Bend Type
Heat ExchangerIt bends the tube (heat pipe) in a U-shape and fixes the end of the heat pipe on the fixed tube plate.
- Stainless steel material can be used (SA240-304 / SA240-316L)
- Shape and capacity adjustable according to customer’s request
- Usable even with big temperature differences due to free expansion of curved pipe
- Many heat pipes can be arranged compared to other types with the same body diameter
- Heat pipes can be removed for cleaning. (But, cleaning for the inside of U-shape is incomplete)
- Applicable when fluid in heat pipe is under high temperature and high pressure, or for corrosive fluid
